Ordering online is easy!

Start by browsing the website for resources that are available in your area of interest.
Enter the quantities of the product you want and click Add to Cart.
You may add as many items as you like to your cart before placing your order.
When you are finished shopping, click the Check Out from your Shopping Cart, and fill out the billing and shipping information on the page that follows.
You will be given a chance to verify your order before you submit it to Educational Tools, Inc. for processing.

Purchase Orders

Educational Tools, Inc. will accept purchase orders from recognized schools and districts. Please provide the purchase order number and the name and phone number of the person with purchasing authority.

Also fax a copy of the purchase order to 904-998-1941.

Checks
We will accept checks only if accompanied with the actual order.

Shipments within the Contiguous U.S.:

Add 10% of Subtotal – Minimum of $10.00

Terms and Conditions

Payments and Credits:

Shipping and handling charges are paid by the customer. Unless prepaid, all orders must have a valid purchase order number. Terms are net 30 days.

Shipping and Handling:

All materials are shipped FedEx. Shipments should be inspected and checked upon receipt. Please notify Educational Tools, Inc. immediately of any shortage or damage upon receiving your order.

Return Policy:

All shipment discrepancies, returns, or exchanges must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order! We will gladly accept returns or make exchanges on all unopened merchandise purchased from Educational Tools. If the return shipment is a mistake on our part we will gladly send you a return label at our cost. However, if you choose to return the product for other reasons, all return shipping is your responsibility. If you need to return any of your items to Educational Tools, please follow the steps below to ensure no damage during shipping:

If the reason for the return/exchange was because of our error, call Educational Tools (800.586.9940) to speak with the shipping manager and report the number of boxes being returned. We will provide you with FedEx return labels and boxes.

Please repackage all items being returned using the boxes provided, or any new, unused, sturdy box.

Make sure all items are secure so that they do not move during the shipping process.

Clearly display a FedEx return label or any label you are using on the side of each box.

Then you will need to call FedEx to schedule a pickup at (888.777.6040) during your business hours. Please follow instructions on the back of return label.
