Career: Inside Sales Manager

Job 1: Build revenue in existing customer base, convert non-key accounts to key accounts and acquire new customers

The Inside Sales Manager is based in the home office and is responsible for selling ETI products to Accounts within assigned territory.

Duties Include:

·         Manage and grow existing relationships with all accounts in assigned area.

·         Implement and manage comprehensive marketing program for all assigned accounts

·         Support and assist in Key Account growth

·         Initiate/expand relationships within region

·         Conduct successful sales presentations

·         Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities

·         Accurately forecast business opportunities

·         Manage quota, report on territory initiatives, trends, etc.

Position will be evaluated on the basis of the following metrics:

 

  • Overall performance to quota for all assigned accounts
  • Overall sales growth of region
  • Clearly defined account marketing plan
  • Accomplishing targeted sales milestones including identifying key contacts, Key Account Growth.
  • New Customer growth

Skills/Background                                    

·         Proven, successful field sales background in k-12 marketplace

·         Solid command of major account sales fundamentals, solutions selling skills

·         Strong presentation, communication, relationship building skills

·         Existing relationships within districts in assigned territory

The position may require overnight travel depending upon seasonality and geography, typically 15-20%.
