The Interview ProcessWe are committed to hiring qualified people that will contribute to our growth, success, and prosperity. The interview process will help both the applicant and the company determine if there is a good match of the job requirements and skills. We take a minimum of three steps in our hiring process. Preliminary InterviewThis is the first face-to-face meeting that allows both parties to take a close look at the job requirements and skill sets. The interview generally takes 30 minutes and includes a series of questions and information about the company’s products. Secondary InterviewIf scheduled, this interview typically will take place over the phone or in person and will occur within one week of the preliminary interview. The applicant will be asked to provide detailed references and any verification necessary to determine the applicant’s eligibility for hire. Observation Day
